About Occupational Therapy

Paediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in daily life, from self-care and school activities to play and social interactions. It supports children who may experience challenges with fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, attention, and independence. Using fun, play-based interventions, paediatric OTs help children build confidence, improve their ability to participate in everyday tasks, and develop essential life skills. The goal is to empower children to reach their full potential in a way that feels engaging, meaningful, and tailored to their unique needs.
